100-yard receiving game White grabbed a team-high nine catches for 120 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 37-28 loss at Kansas State.

Impact White had himself a day with a career-high 120 receiving yards, his second 100-yard receiving game. He entered the game with just six catches for 88 yards, so it was a surprise to see him go off against the Wildcats. Texas Tech will play at Oklahoma State next week.

Rushing score against Lumberjacks White rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown on five carries while also catching both of his targets for eight yards in Saturday's 28-22 win over Stephen F. Austin.

Impact White now has opened the season with a touchdown in each of the Red Raiders' first two games. Teammate Tahj Brooks has been unbelievable with back-to-back 100-yard rushing games and four touchdowns while filling in for the injured SaRodorick Thompson. Thompson is set to return soon and White could be the odd man out in that situation. Texas Tech will host Florida International next week.

Impact White also had a lost fumble as he saw teammate Tahj Brooks rumble for 134 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries. With SaRodorick Thompson out with a shoulder injury, it appears that the Red Raiders will utilize Brooks for the bulk of their backfield work. Texas Tech will host Stephen F. Austin next week.
