Turning pro Philyor announced Saturday via his personal Twitter account he will enter the 2021 NFL Draft.

Impact Philyor broke out as a junior in 2019, catching 70 balls for 1,002 yards and five touchdowns. He followed it up with 54 catches for 495 yards and three scores in eight games during a shortened 2020 season. Philyor is part of a deep wide receiver class and figures to hear his name called on the second or third day of the draft. His departure will leave Ty Fryfogle as Indiana's top receiver.

18 grabs in loss to Rebels Philyor hauled in 18 receptions for 81 yards in Saturday's 26-20 loss to Mississippi in the Outback Bowl on Saturday.

Impact While the 18 receptions set a new career high for the wideout, the senior was largely contained to shorter gains as he averaged just 4.5 yards per catch. Philyor ends the the season with 54 receptions for 495 yards and three touchdowns. He's yet to announce whether he will enter the NFL Draft or return to Indiana for his extra year of eligibility.

Impact Philyor helped extend the Hoosiers' lead to 14-3 when he linked up with Jack Tuttle for a seven-yard touchdown early in the second half. It marked the third score of the season for the senior, who has hauled in 36 of 69 targets for 414 yards through seven games.

Impact Ty Fyfogle has stolen the show in recent weeks, but Philyor continued to be a solid WR2 in Saturday's loss. He tied the game up at 7-7 with a four-yard touchdown reception early in the second quarter and totaled six catches on the day. Through five games, the senior has hauled in 30 of 43 targets for 343 yards and two touchdowns. He will look to have another productive day next Saturday against Maryland.
