Baylor secures transfer commitment from former Auburn QB Walker White White is joining a quarterback room that already features Sawyer Robertson.
Headed to Baylor White announced Saturday that he will transfer from Auburn to Baylor, Nathan King of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact White was unable to claim a starting role with Auburn in 2024, and he decided after the season to enter the portal in search of opportunities elsewhere. He joins a Bears team that could return Sawyer Robertson under center in 2025, so White may have to wait a season before having a chance to claim the starting role in Waco.

Impact White was a former highly coveted recruit, but he'll seek a new program after throwing just five passes in his true freshman season. Auburn also just landed a commitment from former Oklahoma quarterback Jackson Arnold, which likely was a catalyst for White's decision to find a new team as well. He'll have four seasons of eligibility remaining.
