Remains limited in fall camp Blaylock (hamstring) remains limited in Oklahoma's fall camp, Colton Sulley of The Oklahoman reports.

Impact Oklahoma's roster is well into fall camp by now, and Blaylock's limited availability raises questions about his readiness for the regular season. The 2026 Sooners begin their regular season Sept. 4 against UTEP, giving him just over three weeks before they kick off. When healthy, Blaylock would be an instrumental piece in Oklahoma's running game, and the Sooners showed their faith in him last year by giving him 120 rushing attempts.

Limited participant Tuesday Blaylock (hamstring) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice, according to Ryan Aber, Brady Trantham and Carson Field of SI.com.

Impact Blaylock has been dealing with an injured hamstring, but he was seen participating in drills on a limited basis Tuesday. He spent plenty of the drills running at half speed or off to the side, so while he's not fully recovered, he might be trending in the right direction.

Impact Back in late-July, Bob Przybylo of SoonerScoop.com confirmed that Blaylock would be available during Oklahoma's fall camp. Even though it has commenced, Blaylock not practicing Friday indicates that he may not be ready yet. Fortunately for him and Oklahoma, there is still much of the fall camp remaining before OU's regular season begins Sept. 4 against UTEP.
