Sets sights on NFL Fidone has declared for the 2025 NFL Draft, Amie Just of the Lincoln Journal Star reports.
Impact Fidone spent three seasons with the Cornhuskers, and will forgo his final year of eligibility to chase his NFL dreams. The tight end totaled 61 receptions for 633 yards and four touchdowns over the two years he saw playing time. At 6-foot-6, 255 pounds, he has enough size that NFL teams should be able to use him as a blocker as well.

Impact Fidone was a lone bright spot for the Cornhuskers on a day in which the offense as a whole struggled to get things going. The junior tight end recorded season-highs in targets, receptions and yards as he led the team in receiving yards on the day.
