Impact Bullard's eligibility is messy, as 2025 was his first season at the FBS level. He reeled in five catches for 119 yards and one touchdown last season in East Lansing, and he's slated to return so long as the NCAA grants him an additional season of eligibility.

The former Valdosta State transfer connected with quarterback Alessio Milivojevic on a 71-yard catch and run in the third quarter, putting Michigan State on the board and bringing them within three points at the time. He will hope to build on this performance when the Spartans host Penn State following the team's upcoming bye.
