Impact North Carolina has landed its second quarterback via the portal, after it signed former Maryland/Wisconsin gunslinger Billy Edwards on Monday. O'Neill now jumps into the quarterback mix in Chapel Hill after two seasons at Texas A&M in which he played sparingly. The 6-foot-5, 220-pound quarterback should have three years of eligibility to work with going forward.

It looks like North Carolina's program is depending on a healthy Warren, whose latest season barely includes multiple games.
