Joining Badgers Palmer is transferring to Wisconsin, Hayes Fawcett of On3.com reports.

Impact Palmer will join the Badgers after logging two years with TCU. The 6-foot running back tallied 30 rushes for 139 yards this past season. He'll have three years of eligibility remaining to serve out with Wisconsin.

Impact Palmer was a backup tailback in his two seasons at TCU. In 2025, he got more involved, rushing for 139 yards on 30 carries. Still, with three seasons of eligibility remaining, he'll now look for a new program.

Rushes for 61 against UNC Palmer totaled seven rushes for 61 yards during Monday's 48-14 win versus North Carolina.

Impact Palmer opened the 2025 season with some flash at 8.7 yards per carry. Kevorian Barnes and Jeremy Payne are currently ahead of him on the depth chart, however, he's a player to watch as the season progresses. TCU will play Abilene Christian after a bye week.
