Expected return before season ends Head coach Marcus Freeman indicated Monday that Salerno (leg) is expected to be back before the end of the 2023 season, Jack Soble of On3.com reports.

Impact Salerno suffered a leg injury back in September that projected to hold him out for the rest of the year. A positive development in the wide receiver's recovery could see him take the field before the conclusion of the season. He has one receptions for nine yards this year.
