Impact Williams was partially responsible for Tulane's only points when the team logged its bowl game one week ago. In doing so, he also ensured that 2024 would be a historic season on his part. Williams finished this year with career highs in each receiving category. He logged 60 receptions (on 94 targets) for 1,031 yards (17.2 averaged per reception) and six touchdowns across his 14 games. Now, the question is whether or not Williams stays put at Tulane or transfers colleges yet again.

Impact Williams hit the 100-yard mark for the second straight game and the fourth time this season, but it wasn't enough to carry the Green Wave to a victory over the formidable Army Black Knights. The wideout, who had a breakout campaign for Tulane after transferring from USC, will now need to decide if he plans to suit up for the bowl game against Florida on Dec. 20.

Impact Williams was the bright spot of the Green Wave's offense Thursday. He set season highs in receptions, targets and yards and caught his fourth touchdown of the season. He had one crucial mistake though as he lost a fumble in the fourth quarter following a 55-yard reception that would have set the Green Wave up in the red zone. Williams will look to build off this performance versus Army in the AAC Conference Championship on Dec. 6.

Impact Williams had a solid day Thursday as he tied a season high with six catches and was targeted eight times for the fourth time this season. He also gained over 90 yards for the fourth time this season and the first time since Week 5. While he remains the No. 1 option in the passing game, the Green Wave's low passing volume gives him a low floor every week even though he's capable of putting up performances like he did Thursday.

Impact Williams saw a season-high nine targets Saturday, however he and Darian Mensah were only able to connect three times for 25 yards. Williams has had three productive games this season and those three came in the three games where Mensah threw over 200 yards. With Mensah struggling a bit in the air and Makhi Hughes dominating on the ground, Williams may continue to struggle unless the Green Wave find themselves in passing situations more often.

Impact The Green Wave ran the ball 50 times Saturday compared to just 18 passing attempts, so it's not a major surprise that Williams had his worst game of the season. He set season lows in receptions, targets and yards and was simply not needed in the 51-point victory. With some struggling opponents coming up on the schedule, Williams will likely need to get involved early to salvage a good performance.

Impact Williams scored a pair of touchdowns in the second quarter Saturday, a 53-yard score with four minutes left in the half, and then a 27-yard touchdown with under two minutes remaining. It was an excellent bounce back performance after back-to-back quiet outings. He set a season low with four targets, but the Green Wave did not pass much in the second half so that's not a major concern moving forward.

Impact Williams once again led the team in receptions and targets Saturday, but seeing that Darian Mensah only threw for 83 yards it was not a great game for Williams. Despite two straight duds, he has been targeted eight times in each of his last three games, so when Mensah throws the ball, he's usually looking for Williams. The major question moving forward is how much Tulane will need to pass versus their conference foes, because if the Green Wave rely on the run like they did on Saturday, Williams' value will diminish as the season progresses.

Impact After accumulating over 250 yards through the first two games, Williams quieted down in Week 3. Even though he was targeted eight times, he made just three catches for 36 yards. He still appears to be Darian Mensah's favorite target and should be able to get back to more productive days with a favorable upcoming schedule.
