Ohio State RB Marcus Crowley Medically Retiring Due To Long-Term Injury Crowley suffered two significant knee injuries during his three-year career with the Buckeyes.

Retires from football Ohio State head coach Ryan Day said Friday that Crowley will medically retire due to his undisclosed injury, Bill Rabinowitz of The Columbus Dispatch reports.

Impact Crowley suffered what was reported as a "long-term" injury last October and hasn't been able to participate during spring practices. The 6-foot-1 running back finished his three-year career at Ohio State with 51 rushes for 354 yards and one touchdown while catching three of five targets for 32 yards and another score.

Impact Crowley is still recovering from an injury that was reported as "long-term" when he suffered it in October. TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams project as the top two backs on the Buckeye depth chart heading into the summer as Crowley continues to rehab.
