Impact Even though Hasz's overall rates dropped, 2024 was another great year for the tight end. Like his freshman season, the sophomore logged over 250 yards and three touchdowns. Unlike his freshman season, Hasz played many more games, which allowed him to easily update his career highs.

Impact Hasz has come on strong of late, catching nine passes for 136 yards and three touchdowns over the last two games for the Hogs. Arkansas has a bye before a difficult clash with Texas.

Impact For the third straight time, Hasz logged one reception during an Arkansas game. But unlike the other two games, his lone reception Saturday was for double-digit yards. Once again, Hasz's objective is to record multiple receptions. He has the targets somewhat nailed down, with two exactly in each of the aforementioned last three.

Impact Hasz is at risk of sitting out against the Volunteers after suffering a back injury last weekend against Texas A&M. The 6-foot-3 tight end has struggled to get off to a fast start this season, logging seven receptions for 93 yards and one touchdown in five games, after doubling up that line in five games last season. Should Hasz be unable to suit up against Tennessee, his next opportunity to play would come against LSU in Week 8.

Impact According to Biddy, Hasz recently "returned" after an ankle sprain previously prevented his availability during the early portion of Arkansas' spring practice. Having logged 16 receptions for 253 yards and three touchdowns during Arkansas' 2023 season, it is not out of the question for him to be one of the SEC's best tight ends in 2024.
