Impact Horton spent four seasons with Tulane. His most productive year came in 2023, when he threw for 603 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions while completing 53.7 percent of his passes. He'll have one year of eligibility remaining in Seattle, where he'll battle Demond Williams and Will Rogers for the starting gunslinger gig.

Still, there is a better chance Horton serves as Tulane's 2024 QB1, especially now that the Green Wave no longer have Michael Pratt or Landon Ibieta on their football roster. Horton will just have to continually impress, like he did with 140 scrimmage yards and one touchdown during the 2023 Military Bowl.
