Struggles vs. CSU Anderson completed 13 of 30 passes for 120 yards during Friday's 24-10 loss to Colorado State. He also had four rushes for two yards with a touchdown.

Impact Anderson struggled to get much going in the passing game Friday, completing just 43.3 percent of his throws for an average of four yards per completion. Overall, the redshirt freshman sports a 57.5 completion percentage this year for 839 yards, five touchdowns and three interceptions. Anderson is in line for another tough matchup next week at home against Boise State.

Leads Cowboys to comeback win Anderson was 20-for-29 passing for 342 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during Saturday's 49-45 victory over New Mexico. He'd also add a one-yard rushing score.

Impact It was an eye-popping performance from Anderson in his first collegiate start, as the redshirt freshman led Wyoming to a comeback win after entering the fourth quarter down 45-35. The Cowboys had only scored more than 30 points in a game once this season prior to Saturday. It's safe to say Anderson will be back under center following a bye in Week 12 against CSU.

Impact Anderson got the start against Utah State and played solid if not incredible. He completed 62.5 percent of his passes for 182 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions. The quarterback apparently played well enough to once again beat out Evan Svoboda for the starting gig.

The quarterback will now be part of a committee system as Wyoming desperately tries to find stable play from its signal callers. He'll split time with Evan Svoboda under center for the Cowboys in Week 9.
