Impact Smart spent two semi-productive years at North Texas before transferring to Mississippi State for the 2024 campaign. The receiver couldn't crack the rotation in Starkville, and will now look for a break out year with the Red Wolves, where he should be a top receiver in Arkansas State's offense.

Officially in portal Smart is officially in the NCAA's transfer portal, according to his announcement Tuesday.

Impact Smart logged a big 34-yard reception with Mississippi, but the catch is all that he recorded while part of Ole Miss' 2024 team. Having proven himself with better numbers at his previous college, North Texas, it appears he is seeking better opportunities.
