Still recovering from foot injury Dwyer is still working his way back from a foot injury he suffered in the 2025 season, per TCU on SI.

Impact Dwyer transferred from Idaho ahead of the 2025 season, and it's safe to say his skills translated. He caught 54 passes for 730 yards and seven touchdowns with the Horned Frogs, but he hurt his foot and was forced to miss TCU's bowl game. Dwyer will look to return to the field in full capacity in fall camp.

Won't play in bowl game Dwyer suffered an apparent foot injury in practice earlier this week and is not expected to play in the Alamo Bowl versus USC on Dec. 30, Chris Hummer of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Dwyer is a notable loss for the offense, as he finished second on the team in receptions, receiving yards and touchdowns. Joseph Manjack and tight end DJ Rogers should be the biggest beneficiaries in the passing game in Dwyer's place.

It's truly impressive when you consider he plays alongside Eric McAlister who has over 1,000 receiving yards and 10 receiving touchdowns in 2025. TCU will play in a bowl game and Dwyer should be one of the top targets.

Although it was a low output against BYU, Dwyer has been a productive player in 2025 with 48 catches (on 75 targets) for 621 yards and four touchdowns. TCU will play at Houston next week.

Impact Dwyer recorded his third 100-yard receiving game on a season-high 15 targets against the Cyclones. With QB Josh Hoover airing out the ball most weeks, Dwyer has had a fantastic year with 46 catches (on 69 targets) for 602 yards and four touchdowns. His numbers still trail teammate Eric McAlister who has at least 12 targets in each of his last three games and is Hoover's preferred target in the offense. With TCU's high volume passing game, both McAlister and Dwyer are viable in all fantasy formats each and every week. Dwyer's impressive play will be needed if TCU is to compete at BYU next week.

Impact Dwyer has recorded three or fewer catches in five of eight games this season. While the receiver does have the potential to have a big game, his upside is limited by teammate Eric McAlister who receives the bulk of the targets from QB Josh Hoover. McAlister has received double-digit targets in each of TCU's last two games and continues to dominate the target share for the team. TCU is on a bye next week before hosting Iowa State in Week 11.

Impact Dwyer's limited production continued in the loss at Kansas State. It was Eric McAlister and Ed Small who received most of the targets from QB Josh Hoover. TCU has dealt with some injuries at the wide receiver position, so it will be interesting to see how the target share is split up when the team plays Baylor next week.

Impact Dwyer's production has slowed down dramatically as teammates Eric McAlister and Joseph Manjack have started to receive more targets and catches. With that said, Dwyer still has at least three catches in every game this year and remains a consideration for fantasy because TCU's offense is potent. He's still worth considering when TCU plays Kansas State and Baylor because very little defense is expected in those games.

Impact Dwyer has at least seven targets in every game this season for the Horned Frogs. After opening the season with a combined 14 grabs (on 17 targets) for 225 yards and two touchdowns in the first two games, he has just six catches (on 14 targets) for 74 yards in his last two games. He could return to the former soon as teammate Eric McAlister tweaked something in warm-ups which caused him to leave the game against Arizona State early. Dwyer is a top fantasy play against Colorado next week.

Impact Dwyer has at least seven targets in all three games this year. Against the Mustangs, it was Eric McAlister's time to shine as he had eight catches (on 14 targets) for 254 yards and three touchdowns. Dwyer and McAlister are one of the most lethal duos at the wideout position in all of college football. Expect both to receive a healthy number of targets at Arizona State next week.

It's entirely possible he can have that type of year in the Big 12 on this TCU team, so fantasy rosters should take notice.
