Foot looking well Dwyer (foot) has been able to catch passes for big yardage in practice, Steven Johnson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Impact TCU returned to practice Monday, and part of the team's latest session included passing drills, which featured Jaden Craig targeting Dwyer. In particular, Johnson noted a 15-yard completion Craig made to Dwyer, which would require the wideout to make great movement with his feet. All signs point to Dwyer being available when the 2026 Horned Frogs begin their regular season Aug. 29 against North Carolina, and having him healthy will be a huge boost to their receiver corps. After all, Dwyer finished last season's TCU campaign with 54 receptions (on 84 targets) for 730 yards (13.5 averaged per catch) and seven touchdowns, the numbers of a top-tier receiver.

Impact Dwyer recorded his third 100-yard receiving game on a season-high 15 targets against the Cyclones. With QB Josh Hoover airing out the ball most weeks, Dwyer has had a fantastic year with 46 catches (on 69 targets) for 602 yards and four touchdowns. His numbers still trail teammate Eric McAlister who has at least 12 targets in each of his last three games and is Hoover's preferred target in the offense. With TCU's high volume passing game, both McAlister and Dwyer are viable in all fantasy formats each and every week. Dwyer's impressive play will be needed if TCU is to compete at BYU next week.

Impact Dwyer has recorded three or fewer catches in five of eight games this season. While the receiver does have the potential to have a big game, his upside is limited by teammate Eric McAlister who receives the bulk of the targets from QB Josh Hoover. McAlister has received double-digit targets in each of TCU's last two games and continues to dominate the target share for the team. TCU is on a bye next week before hosting Iowa State in Week 11.

Impact Dwyer's limited production continued in the loss at Kansas State. It was Eric McAlister and Ed Small who received most of the targets from QB Josh Hoover. TCU has dealt with some injuries at the wide receiver position, so it will be interesting to see how the target share is split up when the team plays Baylor next week.

Impact Dwyer's production has slowed down dramatically as teammates Eric McAlister and Joseph Manjack have started to receive more targets and catches. He's still worth considering when TCU plays Kansas State and Baylor because very little defense is expected in those games.

He could return to the former soon as teammate Eric McAlister tweaked something in warm-ups which caused him to leave the game against Arizona State early. Dwyer is a top fantasy play against Colorado next week.
