No longer on Air Force roster Busha isn't listed on the Air Force spring roster for 2025, per the team's official site.

Impact Despite starting quarterback Quentin Hayes reportedly not partaking in spring ball, Busha isn't in consideration to start under center this fall, and the fact that he's no longer listed on the roster suggests he may no longer be pursuing football. Either way, Josh Johnson and Liam Szarka have taken most of the reps in spring ball with Hayes not participating.

Impact One week after losing the starting job, Busha reclaimed the QB1 spot after Quentin Hayes (undisclosed) was ruled out Saturday. The sophomore Busha made the most of the opportunity, throwing for a season-high 175 yards while recording his first two touchdowns, one through the air and one on the ground, this season. Overall, Busha's completed 36.7 percent of his passes for 415 yards this season while adding 172 rushing yards on 78 carries. It remains to be seen who'll be under center when the Falcons take on Army following a bye week.

Backup against New Mexico Busha will come off the bench with fellow quarterback Quentin Hayes getting the start in Saturday's matchup against New Mexico, per Brent Briggeman of The Colorado Springs Gazette.

Impact Busha previously started multiple games for the Falcons in 2024 but struggled under center, throwing for just 240 yards with three interceptions through five games while adding 141 yards on the ground as well. Hayes will get the opportunity to secure the starting job moving forward with Busha likely serving as the primary backup.

Falls to Wyoming Busha completed 6 of 13 passes for 115 yards during Saturday's 31-19 defeat against Wyoming. He also had 19 rushes for 30 yards.

Impact It's the first time Busha's thrown for more than 100 yards in his five collegiate starts. The junior's completed just 36.5 percent of his passes this year for 240 yards, no touchdowns and a pair of interceptions while adding 128 rushing yards on 57 attempts.

Impact It was another rough day for the junior Busha, who's now completed just 33.3 percent of his passes for 125 yards with two picks this season. The Falcons may soon elect to turn to Quentin Hayes or Josh Johnson under center, each of whom saw some action in Saturday's lopsided defeat.

Two interceptions in loss Busha completed 7 of 20 passes for 54 yards and two interceptions during Saturday's 17-7 loss to San Jose State. He also had eight rushes for 16 yards.

Impact It was a tough night for Busha, who threw a pair of fourth-quarter interceptions in a losing effort. Through two starts, the junior quarterback's completed just 38.2 percent of his passes for 125 yards while adding 53 yards on the ground. Busha and the Falcons' offense will look to get back on track next week on the road against Baylor.

Impact Taking over as the starter for the 2024 season, Busha was able to do enough to lead the Falcons to a season-opening victory. While he won't put up big passing numbers in Air Force's triple-option offese, Busha should be capable of doing some damage on the ground. The junior completed 9-of-19 passes for 152 yards, no touchdowns and one interception in a backup role last season. He added 11 rushing yards with one touchdown.
