Auburn RB Jeremiah Cobb Makes Decision on Future with Auburn Tigers After a coaching change at Auburn, Jeremiah Cobb has decided where he will spend the 2026 season.

Tough day in Iron Bowl loss Cobb totaled 10 rushes for 33 yards and one touchdown and hauled in 2 of 5 targets for nine yards during Saturday's 27-20 defeat to Alabama.

Impact Cobb had a rough day as he wasn't able to get anything going on the ground and had several costly drops when targeted through the air. Cobb finishes the season with 175 carries for 969 yards and five touchdowns rushing. With the Auburn season coming to a close Cobb has a lot of options to way as he is draft eligible and the Tigers will also have big changes coming to their coaching staff. It is possible Cobb could find himself in a different uniform one way or another next year.

Down day in win over Mercer Cobb accrued 12 carries for 32 yards and hauled in their only target for 10 yards during Saturday's 62-17 win versus Mercer.

Impact Cobb led all Auburn players in carries against the FCS foe however, he struggled mightily. Cobb managed just 2.7 yards per carry against the inferior opponent, however it opened up things quite a bit for his quarterbacks in the rushing game as they went for 215 yards on the day.

Big day in loss to Vandy Cobb notched 16 carries for 115 yards and gathered in all four targets for 34 yards during Saturday's 45-38 overtime loss to Vanderbilt.

Impact Cobb had his second best game of the year with 149 total yards on the day. Unfortunately for the star running back he was held out of the endzone yet again. Despite the success that Cobb has added to the Auburn offense, Cobb has gone seven straight weeks with out a touchdown.

Impact Cobb struggled as the Auburn offense couldn't get anything going against the Wildcats. After back-to-back 100-yard performances Cobb slid back under the mark. With a new head coach and uncertainty at quarterback it will be interesting to see if Cobb will start shouldering a heavier load moving forward.

Cobb put up his best performance of the season and with another 100-yard day has back-to-back 100-yard performances and now four on the season.

Impact Cobbs struggles continue as he has now had three straight games without a 100-yard game, his highest rushing total in any contest during the stretch has been just 61 yards. Unless quarterback Jackson Arnold can help the Tigers establish a reliable passing attack, Cobb may continue to struggle as defenses continue to key on the Auburn rushing attack.

Impact After starting the season with three straight games of double digit carries and over 100 yards in two of the three games, Cobb has now seen back-to-back games with just six carries. Cobb has been one of best players for the Tigers to start the season the dip in usage is very intriguing, it will be interesting to see if Auburn looks to go back to him to right the ship next week against Georgia following two straight losses with little offensive production.

Though Cobb has been extremely effective on the ground this year the injury to his hand limits his ability as a pass catcher and blocker in the passing game.
