Impact Whitlow's decision to enter the transfer portal following 2019 was a bit surprising and his FCS destination was even moreso. After not playing a down at Western Illinois, he will look back into the portal to try his career elsewhere. It remains to be seen if Whitlow will aim to rejoin the FBS ranks.
