Working with first-team offense Mozee has seen additional opportunities at practice this week due to injuries ahead of him in the backfield, Mitch Sherman of The Athletic reports.

Impact Mozee was seen working with the Cornhuskers' first-team offense after Kwinten Ives (lower body) was knocked out of practice last week due to injury. The 6-foot freshman, who transitioned from wideout to running back ahead of the 2025-26 season, may have a chance to see the field early this season if Ives is unable to make a speedy recovery.
