Impact Brown was set to likely be a backup quarterback for the Chanticleers in 2025 as the battle for the starting gunslinger appears to have come down to MJ Morris and Tad Hudson. Still, this is a tough blow for Coastal Carolina's quarterback room with the season opener against Virginia less than two weeks out.
