Productive in Friday's win Heidenreich totaled nine rushes for 82 yards and one touchdown during Friday's 34-20 victory versus East Carolina.

Impact Heidenreich got back on track Friday as he found the end zone and gained over 100 yards for the first time since Week 5. He scored a 36-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter on his way to rushing for 82 yards, his third 80-yard outing of the season. He also caught a season-high six passes with backup quarterback Braxton Woodson under center. He will likely be a big part of the Midshipmen offense in the Dec. 14 clash at Army.

Shut down Saturday Heidenreich accrued two rushes for five yards during Saturday's 35-0 loss against Tulane.

Impact Heidenreich was completely shut down in Saturday's loss as he set season lows with just two touches and five total yards. He was not targeted once in the passing game after catching at least two passes in each of the first nine games of the season. His lack of production was due in large part to star quarterback Blake Horvath (back/ribs) leaving the game in the first quarter. If Horvath is forced to miss Navy's next game on Friday at East Carolina, Heidenreich could struggle again.

Back in end zone Saturday Heidenreich notched six rushes for 84 yards and one touchdown and reeled in 2 of 3 targets for five yards during Saturday's 28-7 victory against South Florida.

Impact Heidenreich was held out of the end zone in three out of his last four games, but he ran for a 60-yard touchdown on the opening possession Saturday to end that cold streak. He logged just 29 yards outside of that big run, but the long touchdown was more than enough to give him a productive day. He faces a difficult matchup versus Tulane next week with massive conference championship implications on the line.

Fairly quiet Saturday Heidenreich posted five rushes for one yard and caught 3 of 5 targets for 56 yards during Saturday's 24-10 loss to Rice.

Impact Heidenreich was decent through the air Saturday as he caught three passes -- something he has done in all but one game this season -- and went for over 50 yards for the sixth time this season. However, considering Blake Horvath shattered his previous season high with 21 pass attempts, it was a somewhat disappointing performance for Heidenreich. He also struggled on the ground though as he gained just one yard despite seeing five carries. He will look to bounce back Saturday at South Florida.

Scores versus Notre Dame Heidenreich logged 11 carries for 51 yards and one touchdown and gathered in 2 of 3 targets for 10 yards during Saturday's 51-14 defeat to Notre Dame.

Impact After not scoring in either of the last two games, Heidenreich found the end zone Saturday with a one-yard rush on fourth and goal in the third quarter. It marked his first rushing touchdown of the season to go along with his five through the air. He also lost a fumble in the loss, hampering his performance slightly. The fact that he maintained his volume and production in the tough matchup is a good sign for the rest of his season.

Quiet in blowout win Heidenreich totaled two rushes for seven yards and hauled in 3 of 6 targets for 36 yards during Saturday's 51-17 victory versus Charlotte.

Impact Just one game after recording over 200 yards from scrimmage, Heidenreich came back down to earth Saturday. He had a season-low five touches and recorded a season-low 43 yards from scrimmage in the blowout win. Given how productive he has been to this point, this was more than likely a fluke performance.

200 yards in win Heidenreich had six carries for 100 yards and gathered in all five targets for 101 yards during Saturday's 34-7 win over Air Force.

Impact Despite not finding the end zone for the first time this season, Heidenreich had a massive outing Saturday. He gained 100 yards on the ground for the first time in his career and also recorded 100 yards through the air for the second straight game. Heidenreich is looking like the focal point in the offense outside of Blake Horvath, and his big play ability combined with his increase in workload on the ground is causing his value to soar.

Scores in fourth straight game Heidenreich posted four carries for 24 yards and gathered in 3 of 4 targets for 108 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 41-18 victory versus UAB.

Impact Heidenreich scored in his fourth consecutive game Saturday, a 74-yard touchdown early in the third quarter. He also set a season high with 108 receiving yards as he saw four targets in his fourth straight contest. The offense continued to get him involved on the ground too as he received four carries in his second straight game. Even on fairly limited touches, Heidenreich's consistent ability to make big plays makes him a very valuable option for the rest of the season.

Scores again Saturday Heidenreich notched six carries for 41 yards and caught 4 of 5 targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 56-44 victory against Memphis.

Impact Heidenreich caught another touchdown Saturday, a 39-yarder in the second quarter which marked his fourth in three games this season. He also set season highs on the ground as he took six carries for 41 yards. He has caught four passes in each of his three games this season and is clearly Blake Horvath's favorite target in the passing game as he has caught over half of Horvath's completions this season. That combined with his recent involvement on the ground gives him a solid floor and a fairly high ceiling.

98 yards in win Heidenreich tallied two carries for zero yards and hauled in four of six targets for 98 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-11 win over Temple.

Impact Heidenreich caught four of Blake Horvath's five completions Saturday, gaining nearly 100 yards and scoring a 31-yard touchdown in the third quarter. He now has three receiving touchdowns through two games, an extremely strong and surprising number for a Midshipmen receiver. While his volume isn't sky-high, Horvath and the coaching staff clearly value getting him the ball so he remains valuable as a high-upside option.

Impact Heidenreich scored a pair of receiving touchdowns Saturday, a nine-yarder from Blake Horvath in the second quarter and then a 20-yarder from Braxton Woodson early in the third quarter. He also caught a 2-point conversion late in the first half. While he's listed as a running back, he established himself as Navy's best option in the passing game last season, scoring four touchdowns and leading the team in targets. After doing more of the same in the season opener, Heidenreich could be in for a big season, especially for a Navy pass-catcher.
