Impact Arkansas State's fall camp commenced Wednesday, but the first day did not include Spencer, and his knee injury indicates why. Not much else is public about it, but as a result, the running back's availability status has been downgraded to questionable as ASU's team prepares for its season opener Sept. 5 at Memphis.
