Impact Temple tied his season-high of three catches in the win over the Flashes, but he saw a season-high of 34 yards and found the end zone for the second time. While the starting tight end has been utilized more as a blocker for most of this campaign, he's still showcased talent in the passing game. He'll seek to finish out his redshirt junior season strong next Saturday against Toledo, whether that be as an involved member of the Chippewas' passing attack or not.

Impact Temple initially opted to enter the portal after his redshirt sophomore season with Central Michigan. The tight end recorded 12 catches for 185 yards over three years with the Chippewas, and elected to seek greener pastures. Still, either due to lack of interest in the portal or a change of heart, Temple will now return to Central Michigan, where he'll have two seasons of eligibility remaining as he battles to become more involved in the offense.
