Impact Hester had his best day running the ball and it came against a tough Georgia team. The sophomore might have a tougher time against UConn defense this Saturday (Nov. 30) who are top 40 in the nation against the run. But the UConn defense is a step down from the Georgia defense.

Hits Paydirt in Debut Hester scored on a two-yard touchdown run late in the fourth quarter in his Massachusetts debut during a 28-14 loss to Eastern Michigan on Saturday.

Impact The sophomore carried the ball eight times for 36 yards. Hester transferred from Western Michigan where he logged 29 carries for 124 yards and two touchdowns last season. While rushing only eight times, Hester has a chance to be the Minutemen's number one back this season since almost all the running backs in 2023 are not back with the program.
