Impact This is somewhat of a surprise, as Ohio State transfer Jayden Ballard was widely expected to hold down the other outside receiver spot opposite Vinny Anthony. Still, Brooks won a starting job with a strong spring and fall camp. The tall, physical receiver is a good compliment to the speedster Anthony. Brooks has just one career catch for 27 yards.
