GAME LOG

Three targets, zero receptions Douglas reeled in 0 of 3 targets for zero yards during Thursday's 23-0 defeat versus Oregon.
Impact Texas Tech struggled all game, and Douglas is a clear example of the struggle, with Thursday's playoff game including the first and only time this season in which he logged zero receptions. For 2025, he recorded 54 of them on 97 targets with 846 receiving yards and seven touchdowns.
JANUARY 2 • ROTOWIRE
Only one reception Douglas logged one reception (on six targets) for 23 yards during Saturday's 34-7 victory over Brigham Young.
Impact For 2025, Saturday includes Douglas' season-low number of receptions, though his lone catch is a big one. Douglas, whose collegiate career ends next January, will try to bounce back during the College Football Playoff. The wide receiver's senior season includes 54 receptions (on 94 targets) for 846 yards (15.7 averaged per catch) and seven touchdowns.
DECEMBER 8, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Pair of scores against WVU Douglas had five receptions (on seven targets) for 127 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 49-0 win against West Virginia.
Impact Douglas recorded his second 100-yard receiving performance of the season and continued his recent scoring outburst. In his last five games, he has a combined 25 catches (on 41 targets) for 409 yards and six touchdowns. He's emerged as Texas Tech's most productive receiver over that stretch and has a knack for finding the end-zone. Texas Tech will finish the season in the Big 12 Title Game in a rematch with BYU.

Records team-high seven targets Douglas caught 5 of 7 targets for 90 yards during Saturday's 48-9 victory over UCF.
Impact Douglas was the most targeted receiver which is usually the case for the Red Raiders. However, teammate Reggie Virgil was more opportunistic with three total touchdowns, a couple on sweep plays. The game against UCF had a weird game script as the Red Raiders were up 38-2 at halftime and many of the starters rested in the second half. Douglas has at least five targets in eight straight games and remains the number one option for QB Behren Morton. Texas Tech is off next week before finishing the regular season at West Virginia in Week 14.

Nabs TD in third straight game Douglas posted two receptions (on five targets) for 12 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 29-7 win versus Brigham Young.
Impact Douglas recorded a touchdown in his third straight game as he toe-tapped an early score for the Red Raiders. Texas Tech leaned heavily on their run-game and special teams as they cruised to a win over the previously undefeated Cougars. Douglas has been Texas Tech's best receiver this season with 44 catches (on 74 targets) for 605 yards and five touchdowns. He'll look to continue his scoring streak when Texas Tech hosts Central Florida next week.

Pair of scores at Kansas State Douglas notched eight receptions (on 12 targets) for 82 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 43-20 victory against Kansas State.
Impact Douglas notched a pair of scores in a single game for the first time this season. He's scored on double-digit targets in two straight games. With QB Behren Morton back in the line-up, Douglas is the primary target for the Red Raiders and is a perfect complement to their power run-game. Over his last five games, Douglas is averaging six catches per game on 9.8 targets per game. That type of volume will be needed yet again when Texas Tech plays a good BYU team next week.

No. 13 Texas Tech takes advantage of turnovers to beat K-State 43-20, ending 8-game series skid

Behren Morton throws for 249 yards and two touchdowns, leading No. 13 Texas Tech to a 43-20 victory over Kansas State

Double-digit targets in win Douglas notched five receptions (on 10 targets) for 98 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 42-0 victory over Oklahoma State.
Impact Douglas received double-digit targets for the second time this season, the other instance happening at Houston in Week 6. The number one receiver is on pace for a career-year with 34 catches (on 57 targets) for 511 yards and two touchdowns. If they can find some more consistency at the QB position which is expected with Behren Morton returning soon, it should open Douglas up for significant games down the stretch. He's a strong play at Kansas State next week.

Inefficient performance in loss Douglas totaled four receptions (on eight targets) for 19 yards during Saturday's 26-22 loss versus Arizona State.
Impact Douglas caught only half of his targets as QB Will Hammond struggled with accuracy against Arizona State. It was Douglas' lowest output of the season when considering receiving yards. Nonetheless, Douglas is still an active threat with at least seven targets in each of his last four games. He should have a much better output when the team plays Oklahoma State next week.

Six catches against Kansas Douglas logged six receptions (on eight targets) for 55 yards during Saturday's 42-17 victory versus Kansas.
Impact Douglas led the way for the Red Raiders in a game where they simply didn't need to throw the ball much. The team dominated on the ground with 372 yards and four touchdowns on 40 rushing attempts. It's also worth noting that Behren Morton left with an undisclosed injury which caused Will Hammond to play once again. Hammond has proven that he can throw the ball but tends to prefer using his legs if he can get away with it. Texas Tech will play at Arizona State next week.

Season-high 11 targets Douglas reeled in 7 of 11 targets for 114 yards during Saturday's 35-11 win versus Houston.
Impact Douglas had his best game of the year with a season-high in catches, yards, and targets. At 6.2 targets and 67.8 yards per game, he's seeing plenty of volume which suggests that he should have more than just one touchdown. He'll be a great candidate for another score or two when the Red Raiders play at Kansas next week.
OCTOBER 5, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Four grabs against Utah Douglas caught 4 of 6 targets for 68 yards during Saturday's 34-10 victory versus Utah.
Impact Douglas matched his season-high with four catches. Through four games, he has 11 catches (on 19 targets) for 209 yards and a touchdown. Texas Tech is on a bye next week before playing at Houston in Week 6.

Two grabs against Kent State Douglas logged two receptions (on four targets) for 37 yards during Saturday's 62-14 victory over Kent State.
Impact Douglas had a relatively quiet performance when compared to some of his teammates. This likely had more to do with it being a blowout and the offensive production was spread around to many players. Starting QB Behren Morton connected with eight different receivers when playing in the first half. Once the competition stiffens, look for Douglas to be targeted more frequently. Douglas and the Red Raiders will host Oregon State next week.

Team-high six targets in blowout Douglas accrued four receptions (on six targets) for 43 yards during Saturday's 67-7 victory versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff.
Impact Although Douglas did not score one of the Red Raiders' nine touchdowns, it was a positive to see him pace the team with six targets. To determine who will be the most consistent option in this plethora of weapons at Texas Tech, target share will be instrumental in determining that. It's expected that Douglas will be the top target for the Red Raiders during the 2025 season. Texas Tech will play Kent State next week.
