Impact Late-2024's lack of Doyle news may suggest he did not do much during the year, but his move to a Power Four university indicates otherwise. 2024 included the tight end's 13 receptions for 105 yards (8.1 averaged per reception) and three touchdowns. Perhaps he can provide some TE competition for Sam Roush, still a Stanford player and easily the 2024 Cardinals' top option at that position. Then and as of Doyle's signing, Benji Blackburn is all they used for tight end.

Catches TD Saturday Doyle reeled in their only target for four yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-17 victory over Troy.

Impact Doyle caught just one pass Saturday, a four-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter. He now has two touchdowns through the first two games despite only seeing three targets. It's clear that Seth Henigan likes looking for Doyle in the redzone, but he's currently not seeing enough volume to be relied on consistently.

Impact Doyle scored a 32-yard touchdown Saturday, nearly beating his total yardage (34) from last season on one catch. He also caught one other one-yard pass in the redzone. Despite his light workload last season, he caught four touchdowns and proved himself as a favorite redzone target for Seth Henigan during the second half of the season. With another touchdown and another redzone target in Week 1, Doyle looks to be in line for more touchdowns in 2024.

Impact Doyle caught just two passes for five yards Saturday which is an uninspiring stat line, however both of his receptions turned into touchdowns. In fact, he has caught just three passes in total this season and all three have gone for touchdowns. However, given his lack of volume, he would be a difficult player to rely on even if he scores a touchdown every once in a while.
