Impact Bachmeier was incredibly efficient in the first game of his sophomore season, completing 80 percent of his passes and accounting for four touchdowns. All four of his touchdowns came in the first half as well, including his 13-yard rushing touchdown with 34 seconds left in the first half. Bachmeier is coming off a productive freshman season, but he only had 15 touchdown passes which hurt his production ceiling. If he can add more production in the passing game, he could be one of the best fantasy quarterbacks given his rushing ability.

Dealing with minor ailment Bachmeier (ankle) is dealing with a minor injury but will play in BYU's bowl game against Georgia Tech on Dec. 27, per Jay Drew of The Salt Lake Tribune.

Impact BYU offensive coordinator Aaron Roderick called the injury "not severe," and the program has already announced that he'll suit up for the Cougars' bowl game. Bachmeier was one of the better true freshman in the nation this season, tossing for 2,708 yards, 14 touchdowns and six interceptions on 64.2 percent completion. He also ran for 527 yards and 11 scores as a true dual threat. Bachmeier will look to close out the season on a high note against the Yellow Jackets.

Logs worst game of career Bachmeier completed 16 of 27 passes for 115 yards and two interceptions during Saturday's 34-7 defeat against Texas Tech. He also had nine rushes for negative two yards.

Impact For the first time in his collegiate career, Bachmeier logged multiple touchdowns and fumbles without any touchdowns. As a result, BYU's team was the second out for the College Football Playoff. So instead of the CFP, BYU will focus on a bowl game, the Pop-Tarts Bowl.
