Impact Hankerson ended the 2024 season on a high note by surpassing the thousand-yard mark. The junior finished the season with 1,082 rushing yards on 232 attempts and 15 touchdowns, all were career highs.

Impact Hankerson rebounded after a poor showing against Air Force in the previous game where he only tallied 19 rushing yards on six carries. The junior will try to reach the thousand-yard mark on the ground this season against Boise State on Friday (Nov. 29). Hankerson has collected 972 rushing yards (on 221 carries) heading into the regular season finale. The Broncos defense though is stingy against the run and are in the top 15 in the nation.

Impact Hankerson could not duplicate his effort the previous week against San Jose State where he tallied 121 yards on 30 carries and a touchdown. The junior could have a shot at a big game this Saturday (Nov. 23) against Washington State whose defense against the run is near the bottom third in the country.

Impact Hankerson was relatively quiet the last two games averaging 55 yards per contest. When the junior is on, he is on. For the games that Hankerson has run for triple digits, he averages 136 rushing yards per game and a total of eight rushing touchdowns. The junior has a good chance to hit the century mark in the next contest against Air Force, Nov. 16. The Falcons defense is in the bottom quarter of the country against the run.

Impact Hankerson had his lowest rushing total in a game so far in 2024. Since Oregon State was down 31-0 at halftime, the Beavers were forced to throw the ball. The junior should have a better showing in Oregon State's game against San Jose State on Saturday (Nov. 9). The Spartans defense is in the middle of the country against the run.

Impact Hankerson was a yard short of matching his career best in rushing yards. The junior ran for 155 yards against Idaho State on August 31 in the season opener. Hankerson could very well have a tough game running in the next game against UNLV on Oct. 19. The Rebels' defense is in the top 10 against the run. Conversely UNLV's pass defense is one of the worst in the country.
