Plays in three snaps Bass (knee) logged three snaps in Friday's 51-0 win over UTEP, rushing twice for minus-8 yards.

Impact Bass didn't make an impact in the team's blowout win, but at least he was healthy enough to see the field. He's buried on the team's RB depth chart, so he's not expected to see regular playing time any time soon.

Spotted in practice Bass (knee) was spotted in practice Tuesday and continues to work his way back from an ACL injury, according to Ryan Aber of SI.com.

Impact Bass has yet to appear in a game at Oklahoma despite joining the program ahead of the 2024 season. He tore his ACL during the Class 3A state title game in 2023 in high school and then suffered another torn ACL last offseason. He's been working with the team and is expected to be an option in the backfield if he stays healthy, but even if that scenario, his role is expected to be minor.

Limited early in camp Bass has been limited during the first part of fall camp, Bob Pzybylo of On3.com reports.

Impact Bass continues to deal with an injury that nagged him during spring ball as well, and it's unclear exaclty when he'll have the green light to rejoin practice. Even when healthy, he may face a tough time vying for carries this fall and will likelly primarily focus on getting ready for an opportunity in the future.

Impact Bass is a freshman trying to get his collegiate career up and going. Doing so will be much more challenging to do now that he cannot participate in Oklahoma's spring practice, leaving him just the summer and fall to prepare, if he can at all for that matter.
