Impact Broome's 2025 season is his first since 2023. But unlike both 2022 and 2023, the running back's latest campaign included fewer than 200 rushing yards and multiple touchdowns for Boston College.

Impact Broome, who tore his ACL at the end of the Eagles' spring camp, now appears unlikely to suit up in 2024. The tailback was slated to provide depth to Boston College's backfield after posting 288 yards and a touchdown on the ground last fall. Now, other tailbacks such as Jordan McDonald and Datrell Jones will be relied on heavier.

Impact Broome was injured in the spring as well, as the tailback was spotted on crutches in April. He's still clearly hampered by his injury, but he also appears to be progressing. Broome, who ran for 288 yards and one score while catching eight passes last season, figures to be a rotational piece in the Eagles' backfield once fully healthy.

Impact Broome had the second most carries on the day behind lead back Kye Robichaux however 15 carries was good for a new career high for Broome. Broome also set a career high in rushing yards while also finding the end zone for his third career score.
