Issac Williamson - Will miss opener
Williamson (foot) will not be available in Tuesday's game against UT-Martin, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact
Williamson was listed as doubtful coming into this week and he will indeed be unable to go in the opener. UNLV will be short-handed without Myles Che (foot) and Mason Abittan (undisclosed) as well. Tyrin Jones - Good to go Tuesday
Jones (shoulder) will be available for Tuesday's game against UT-Martin, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact
Jones has been battling a shoulder injury that dates back to August. He was able to work hard on his rehab and he will not miss any regular season action. UNLV will be short-handed in this one, however, as Myles Che (foot), Isaac Williamson (foot) and Mason Abittan (undisclosed) will not be available. Emmanuel Stephen - Likely to miss all of November
Stephen (hip) is likely to be sidelined for the entire month of November, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact
Stephen's return to action appears slated to come mid-season for the Rebels. The Arizona transfer, who only played in eight games last season, should provide some nice size in UNLV's front court with his 7-foot frame, but it'll need to wait to get him involved until at least December.

Ladji Dembele - Questionable for opener
Dembele (foot) is questionable for UNLV's season opener against UT Martin on November 4, per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact
Dembele has been working his way back from a foot injury suffered in the offseason, with his recovery spanning the course of the last two months. The 6-foot-8 forward's timeline was always expected to make his return for the start of the 2025-26 season questionable, so it doesn't appear he's suffered any setbacks. He averaged 4.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game with Iowa last season before heading to Las Vegas via the transfer portal in the offseason and is expected to be a solid contributor for the Rebels once he is able to make his return. His status will be worth monitoring as the season opener draws closer.

Myles Che - Doubtful for opener
Che (foot) is doubtful for UNLV's season opener against UT Martin, per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact
Che was previously listed as questionable for the team's season opener on November 4 due to a foot injury, but appears to have experienced a setback in his recovery. The 6-foot-3 guard is expected to play a large role for the Rebels this year after transferring in from UC-Irvine in the offseason, where he averaged 12.1 points per game last season, so his absence will be sorely felt in Las Vegas. His status will continue to be worth monitoring moving forward, though if he misses the season opener his next chance to return will come against Chattanooga on November 8.

Myles Che - May miss start of season
Che is out at least two months because of a foot injury, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact
UNLV's 2025-26 season begins on Nov. 4, against Tennessee-Martin. If exactly two months is all that Che needs to recover, he may make the campaign opener. Either until then or until further notice, Che will be questionable as the Runnin' Rebels prepare for their 2025-26 season. It was announced that he would join UNLV in late-April.

Ladji Dembele - Out at least two months
Dembele is out at least two months because of a foot injury, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact
Sometime between Dembele's last game for Iowa and late-August, Dembele suffered a foot injury, which is making his availability questionable as he prepares for his next season. UNLV's team opens its 2025-26 season against Tennessee-Martin on Nov. 4, so there is at least a slight chance that he can recover before both teams face off.
