Jaylen Petty - Projected for starting backcourt Petty is projected to be part of UCLA's starting backcourt, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact For next season, UCLA's starting lineup will be relatively unchanged, with two exceptions. UCLA recently signed Nikola Kusturica, projected to be among the Bruins' starting wings, alongside Petty. After all, for Texas Tech last season, he started each of TTU's non-conference and postseason games. Between them, Petty not only logged 21 games but also averaged 10.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.6 steals. The guard did so as a freshman, indicating that he can more than improve plenty.
