Impact Lane was a regular starter in his two years with Georgia State, as he was part of the first unit in all but one of his 64 appearances with the program over the last two seasons. He had a career-best season in 2024-25, averaging 13.8 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists per contest.

Impact In between November 2020 and March 2023, Lane served as a member of the Winthrop Eagles' basketball program. He was his best during their 2022-23 season. Lane averaged 10.3 points across 32 games (nine started) Winthrop played.
