Skylar Wicks - College Basketball News & Rumors

Lands with Gonzaga Wicks has committed to transfer to Gonzaga, Andy Patton of Sports Illustrated reports.

Impact Wicks is a veteran who has been around the block. He began his career at Missouri State before moving down to the junior college level. He then went back up to Division 1 and played for Incarnate Word, UTSA and then most recently St. Francis. Last season was the best of his career averaging 17.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.4 steals per game. Wicks should find a spot in the rotation for a Gonzaga team that is a bit thin in the backcourt.

Enters transfer portal Wicks has entered the NCAA's transfer portal, according to The Portal Report.

Impact Yearly since 2020, Wicks has transferred colleges, and 2026 will include another change. Prior to St. Francis (PA), he enrolled at Missouri State, the State College at Florida, Incarnate Word and Texas-San Antonio. Wicks' next team would be his sixth.
