GAME LOG

Coming off bench Wednesday Wilcher is not included in the starting unit for Wednesday's game against DePaul, Zach Braziller of the New York Post reports.
Impact Wilcher will be coming off the bench after nine consecutive starts. The sophomore guard will look to make an impact with the time he gets after totaling 24.0 points and 6.0 assists across his last three performances.
FEBRUARY 19, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Scores five as starter Wilcher ended with five points (2-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two steals in 29 minutes during Tuesday's 63-58 victory over Georgetown.
Impact Wilcher's role has been inconsistent this season, as the sophomore has been in and out of the starting lineup to varying results. He made his first start of the calendar year Tuesday in place of the injured Deivon Smith (shoulder), but the final stat line left much to be desired given his 29 minutes of action. It's unclear if the extended run will continue Saturday against Seton Hall, as it may be largely dependent on Smith's availability.
JANUARY 16, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
11-point effort in win Wilcher notched 11 points (5-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds and one assist in 23 minutes during Saturday's 88-71 win over Kansas State.
Impact Wilcher has been a consistent contributor so far this season whether he's a starter or not, and the win over the Wildcats was not different. Although the sophomore guard has had some problems with staying in the starting lineup, but his solid contributions should still keep him involved no matter what.
DECEMBER 8, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Saturday Wilcher is listed amongst St. John's starting five ahead of Saturday's game against Harvard.
Impact Wilcher will return to the starting lineup after coming off the bench the last two games. Through seven games (four starts), the 6-foot-4 sophomore is averaging 8.7 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals on 22.7 minutes per game.
NOVEMBER 30, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Starting Thursday Wilcher is starting Thursday's game versus Baylor, the team announced.
Impact Wilcher was moved to the bench for Sunday's game versus New Mexico but has moved back into the starting five Thursday. He will start alongside Deivon Smith in the backcourt with Kadary Richmond starting at small forward.
NOVEMBER 21, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Not part of starting lineup Wilcher is not part of the Red Storm's starting lineup for their game Sunday against New Mexico.
Impact Instead of Wilcher, Kadary Richmond will be one of the Red Storm's starting guards Sunday. The former averaged 13.3 points as a three-game starter.

Leads team in points versus Fordham Wilcher finished Monday's 92-60 victory over Fordham with 17 points (7-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and two steals in 26 minutes.
Impact Wilcher was a breakout candidate for this season according to John Rothstein, and he could be fitting into the role early on, though Fordham was not the indicator opponent-wise. The sophomore guard led his team in points and provided a spark on defense with two steals, boding well for his future performance after averaging just 2.8 points and 1.1 assists across 28 games (two started) in the 2023-24 season.
NOVEMBER 4, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
St. John's Simeon Wilcher motivated to excel in loaded new-look backcourt Simeon Wilcher didn’t see it as impacting him negatively. Deivon Smith and Kadary Richmond would make the Johnnies — and himself — better.
JULY 25, 2024 • NYPOST.COM
Breakout candidate for 2024-25 Wilcher is a breakout candidate for the NCAA's 2024-25 season, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact Currently, the Red Storm's 2024-25 season is expected to have Deivon Smith and Kadary Richmond as its primary backcourt. However, they will need a backup, and that is where Wilcher makes his entry. Despite averaging fewer than 10 minutes across his last seven games, he logged 50 points while shooting 50 percent from the field and 54.5 percent from three. Considering the Red Storm do not have a pecking order in backcourt depth, additional time for Wilcher is definitely possible and means more opportunities to potentially excel shooting-wise.
