Impact Cottle was among the players charged Thursday in a points-shaving case, which involved three other active players who recently played and a large chunk of others. Cottle's incidents relate to the 2023-24 campaign, and the case has been filed in federal court. He'll be away from the team as a result and may not play college hoops again.

Cottle's allegations relate to incidents from the 2023-24 season and do not involve anything from the current season. The depth of his involvement in the scheme is thus far unknown, but the case has been filed in federal court in Philadelphia and carries charges of bribery, wire fraud and conspiracy. His current status with the team is up in the air moving forward.
