Impact Phillips is eligible to play his fifth collegiate season as a result of this ruling. He started 31 games for Missouri last season, averaging 7.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.5 blocks across 20.5 minutes per game. This court ruling opens up a special transfer portal window if Phillips wants to use it.
