Impact Weems has barely produced all season and continued the trend here. DePaul as a whole as struggled to not only find production, but also consistency. He does however cover the majority of categories, but it is not enough to warrant a stream with his subpar 7.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.6 blocks through 30.2 minutes on the season.

Impact Weems had an excellent bounce back in the win Saturday. The forward just missed his season-high in points and threw up a handful of grabs while he was at it. Weems endured a rough stretch of form prior to this outing and time will tell if this performance will turn the page to make him viable.

Impact Weems struggled yet again in the shooting department during the loss Saturday. The forward was given his second start in as many games and failed once again to produce. He did manage eight grabs, but could not find a rhythm in his shooting approach. Until he can start consistently producing, he is not a viable option.

Impact Weems came off the bench in his season debut, but he spent plenty of time on the floor during the double-overtime loss. The sophomore missed the season opener for an undisclosed reason, but he should be available and play a prominent role for the Blue Demons going forward. He should return to the starting lineup in short order, especially considering Oscar Lopez was forced to exit this game early due to what appeared to be a knee injury. Weems started all 32 games he appeared in last season for the Blue Demons.

Impact It's a bit shocking that Weems was omitted from the starting given that he's suited up and started in all 32 games for the Blue Demons last season. Oscar Lopez will start at small forward again while Weems figures to give him a breather throughout the game.

Impact Weems was unavailable for the Blue Demons' opener against Western Illinois for undisclosed reasons but seems to be in the clear to return for Sunday's contest. The 6-7 forward started all 32 games last season while averaging eight points and 4.9 rebounds in 30.1 minutes per game. He was also pretty active on defense, averaging 1.7 steals and close to a block per game. Weems figures to play a central part in the Blue Demons' success and should show a lot more poise after having a whole season under his belt.
