Dexter Akanno - Out of starting five Akanno is not starting Thursday against Cal, Nick Daschel of The Oregonian reports.
Impact Akanno had started each of the last three games, averaging 7.3 points and two rebounds in 20.3 minutes over that span. The 6-5 junior will head to the bench in favor of Tre' Williams, which could diminish a lot of his value as he was averaging under 10 minutes per game when coming off the bench.

Roman Silva - Starting Thursday Silva is in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against Cal, Nick Daschel of The Oregonian reports.
Impact Silva is in line for a much bigger role after news broke earlier Thursday that Rodrique Andela will be out for the next 2-3 months after breaking a bone in his left foot in practice. Andela's injury leaves Silva as the team's only true big man in their rotation with Maryland transfer Chol Marial still ineligible to play. Maurice Calloo, at 6-10, is likely to handle backup duties behind Silva for the near future.
