Leads Sun Devils off bench
Meeusen provided 16 points (4-7 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 5-7 FT), two rebounds, five assists and three steals over 28 minutes during Saturday's 87-74 loss to Arizona.
Impact
Meeusen went 3-for-6 from downtown en route to a season-high 16 points off the bench, though it wasn't enough to prevent the Sun Devils from falling by 13 to the top team in the land. The 6-foot-5 sophomore reserve also added five dimes, two boards and three thefts in providing his best all-around contribution of the season. He's now reached double figures in scoring four times this season with each of those occurrences happening over the last six games. During that stretch, he's started two games and is averaging 9.7 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals across 28.8 minutes per contest.

Could return Friday
Meeusen (ankle) is progressing well and could return for Friday's game versus Gonzaga, 247Sports.com reports.
Impact
Meeusen, who has not stepped on the floor yet this season, has a chance to make his season debut Friday. Head coach Bobby Hurley said that he's coming along and that he's "progressed a lot faster than our medical thought." He added that he's not sure if he'll be able to make the game but that it would be close given the progress Meeusen has made.

Out several weeks
Meeusen (ankle) is out for at least a few weeks, per Michelle Gardner of AZCentral.com.
Impact
Meeusen signed with Arizona State out of Belgium this offseason. The 6-foot-5 guard won't be available for the beginning of the Sun Devils' season, however, which would be a big loss considering he's expected to be a big contributor in Tempe this year.
