Bittle being available then would come at a welcome time, considering the Ducks are already without UO superstar Jackson Shelstad (hand) and added to their long-term injury report with regular starter Devon Pryor (groin) and fellow center Ege Demir (shoulder). Impact Bittle's last year of collegiate eligibility will be affected by a foot injury he suffered sometime around the Oregon-Nebraska game that saw UO decimated, both in-game and physically. Oregon's team is already without Jackson Shelstad (hand), so the Ducks will have to rely on less proven options to step up while their superstar center recovers. But with Bittle averaging 16.3 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.3 blocks this season, replacing his production will be incredibly difficult.
