Impact Messina-Moore led the Musketeers in scoring in the Big East opener, dropping his most points since Nov. 6 in the blowout loss. He also recorded five rebounds and three assists as he was basically the only bright spot for Xavier. Although he's producing well as a passer so far this season (4.1 assists per game), his lack of consistent scoring output limits his ceiling as a fantasy asset.

Impact Messina-Moore led the Musketeers in scoring in Monday's opener, dropping 16 in a surprisingly close win over Marist. Given the game ended up being so close he played nearly the entire game, giving an insight into what Xavier's rotation could look like in more competitive matchups. It was a solid individual performance from Messina-Moore, but the close win over an inferior opponent is somewhat concerning for the team.
