Headed to Tulsa Banks has committed to Tulsa for the 2026-27 season, Travis Branham of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Banks will join the Golden Hurricane following a single season with DePaul, having been granted a fifth year of eligibility. In the 2025-26 season, he averaged 5.6 points and 2.5 rebounds across 16.2 minutes per game while starting 11 of 31 contests for the Blue Demons. The 6-foot-8 forward will now look to compete for minutes in Tulsa's frontcourt during his final season.

Granted eligibility injunction Banks is among the players listed in a recently granted injunction in the state of Georgia giving him an additional season of eligibility, per Jeff Goodman of Fieldof68.com.

Impact Banks will receive an additional year of eligibility following the injunction, granting him his fifth and final season at the collegiate level. Impact Banks made just his fourth start of the season Tuesday and he made the most of his opportunity with easily his best performance of the season. He recorded his first double-double of the season as he set season highs in points (19) and rebounds (10). He played nearly the entire game and took 16 shots -- seven more than his previous season high -- and hit a season-high three three-pointers. This massive spike in production and volume was a bit of a surprise, and it's currently unclear if this will be an anomaly or the beginning of his breakout.
