Impact Despite shooting inefficiently, Mintz got fouled a lot and used his opportunities to score 14 of his 20 points. Mintz excelled pretty much elsewhere though. Playmaking and defense were not a problem for Mintz at all. Having averaged 16.3 points (4.3 from the free throw line), 4.6 assists, and 1.8 steals across his 32 games started as a freshman, Mintz is expected to be one of the ACC's best options even if he somewhat slumps in this campaign.
