Committing to Kansas Dawson has committed to Kansas for the 2025-26 season, Joe Tipton of On3.com reports.

Impact Dawson spent the 2024-25 season at Loyola-Chicago, averaging 13.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game as a junior. It's unclear if he'll have the same usage rate at Kansas compared to the one he had with the Ramblers, but this is certainly a solid addition for Kansas throughout the portal.

Impact Dawson will look for a new suitor after a solid junior season with Loyola. The 6-foot-4 guard saw improvements in all of the major stat categories this past campaign, averaging 13.9 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists on 29.4 minutes per game. He should garner plenty of interest from higher-level teams in the portal.
