Heads to bench on Senior Day
Heath will cede his starting spot in the starting five for Saturday's game versus Stanford, Michelle Gardner of The Arizona Republic reports.
Impact
Heath could see a few fewer minutes than usual with his move to the bench but should still play a hefty chunk. The sophomore has finished in double figures in each of the last three games and figures to be a key piece in any hopes the Sun Devils have of making a run in the PAC-12 tournament.

Inefficient in loss
Heath totaled 10 points (4-13 FG, 2-8 3Pt), three rebounds and one steal in 30 minutes during Thursday's 87-64 loss to Washington.
Impact
Heath managed to reach double figures for a third straight game, but he needed 13 shot attempts to get there as he shot just 31 percent from the floor. The junior has mostly been a disappointing addition for the Sun Devils this season, shooting just 36 percent from inside-the-arc. Since returning to the lineup Jan. 29, Heath is averaging 11 points on 37 percent shooting over the five game stretch.

ROTOWIRE
Heads to bench
Heath isn't in the starting lineup for Thursday's game against USC.
Impact
Heath had started each of the last six games he appeared in, averaging 1.7 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.7 blocks over that stretch. The Sun Devils will elect to give Luther Muhammad a chance with the first unit with Heath switching roles.

Double figures in return
Heath racked up 10 points (4-9 FG, 2-4 3Pt) and four rebounds across 28 minutes during Saturday's 67-56 loss to Arizona.
Impact
Heath served a one-game suspension due to confronting an official, but he's back in action, and it appears to be business as usual. He's been in the starting five in each of the last five games he's appeared in, averaging 10.4 points and 4.2 rebounds over that span.

Clear of suspension, back Saturday
Heath will return from his one-game suspension Saturday, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact
Heath landed a one-game ban for confronting an official and served it during Monday's game against USC. He's been cleared to make his return and seems a good bt to rejoin the starting lineup for the Sun Devils against in-state rival Arizona. Heath has averaged 31.0 minutes over the four games since he joined the starting lineup compared to 25.4 minutes per contest when in a bench rol.

Receives one-game suspension
Heath has been suspended for Monday's game against USC, Doug Haller of The Athletic reports.
Impact
Heath confronted an official after Saturday's game against Stanford and will be unavailable for one contest as a result. DJ Horne and Micah Burno could see slightly increased run Monday, while Heath should return Saturday against Arizona.

First career double-double
Heath recorded 18 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds and three steals in 35 minutes during Sunday's 66-65 loss to San Francisco.
Impact
Despite coming off the bench, Heath logged a season-high 35 minutes and posted the first double-double of his career. It's the fourth straight game he's reached double figures and the shooting guard is connecting on 41 percent of his threes this season. With Luther Muhammad continuing to struggle, it could be just a matter of time before Heath joins the starting lineup.

10 points off bench
Heath ended with 10 points (3-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and two steals across 23 minutes during Thursday's 92-84 loss to Syracuse.
Impact
Heath recorded his first game in double figures in a Sun Devils uniform, as one of six players with 10+ points in the high-scoring defeat. The transfer from Boston College has had a slow start with his new team, averaging only seven points and 1.5 rebounds through four games. He's been fairly involved in the offense in a bench role but is only shooting 31 percent thus far.

23 minutes in ASU debut
Heath chipped in four points (2-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt), two rebounds and two assists across 23 minutes during Monday's 72-63 victory over North Florida.
Impact
It wasn't a pristine shooting performance by any means, but Heath showed here that he's essentially secured his spot in the rotation as one of the first guards off the bench. He had missed the first two games of the season due to unspecified reasons but now appears good to go.

Active Monday
Heath (not injury related) is active Monday against North Florida, SunDevilSource.com reports.
Impact
Heath has reportedly cleared health and safety protocols and will be available to make his season debut Monday. The sophomore averaged 14.5 points and 3.1 rebounds last year with Boston College.

Won't play Thursday
Heath (not injury related) is out for Thursday's game against UC Riverside, Michelle Gardner of The Arizona Republic reports.
Impact
Heath will have to wait a little longer to make his Sun Devils debut after being ruled out for the second consecutive game to begin the new season. The Boston College transfer averaged 14.5 points and 3.1 rebounds a season ago and figures to provide a nice scoring balance once he's finally able to take the floor.

ROTOWIRE
Out Tuesday
Heath won't play in Tuesday's game against Portland, Devils Digest reports.
Impact
It's unclear at the moment as to why Heath will miss the season opener. Heath will have another opportunity to possibly play when the team faces UC Riverside on Thursday. Expected Luther Muhammad to see the majority of minutes at the shooting-guard position for the Sun Devils on Tuesday.

ROTOWIRE
Leads Sun Devils with 18 points
Heath contributed 18 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five rebounds and two assists across 19 minutes in Monday's 108-41 win over Saint Katherine.
Impact
Heath showed no signs of a leg injury that sidelined him last month, coming off-the-bench to lead the team in points. After leading Boston College in scoring last season, he figures to play the sixth man role behind fellow transfer guards Marreon Jackson, DJ Horne and Luther Muhammad. However, he can certainly work his way into a starting spot if he continues to impress.

Working back from leg injury
Heath is dealing with a minor leg injury but is expected to be cleared next week, Carson Breber of 247 Sports reports.
Impact
Heath didn't appear to miss a significant amount of time this offseason, at least compared to other updates Bobby Hurley provided in his Thursday media day interview, but it's worth monitoring nonetheless. The sophomore guard transferred to ASU this offseason after averaging 14.5 ppg with Boston College last year, and will now compete with the likes of Marreon Jackson and Luther Muhammad for minutes in the backcourt.
