Impact Thursday was the first time Townsend was brought off the bench and that was likely due to him not being able to practice while away from the team. The 6-4 senior has been a centerpiece for the Toreros this season, averaging 15 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.6 assist in 31.7 minutes per game. It would not be shocking to see him back in the starting five Saturday at Pacific.
