Headed to Oxford Scott has announced his commitment to Mississippi, Matt Zenitz of 247Sports.com reports.
Impact Scott will join the Rebels following a one-year stint with Louisville. The 6-foot-11 sophomore, who started his collegiate career at the College of Charleston, averaged 7.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.9 blocks on 23.6 minutes per game with the Cardinals this past season. While Dre Davis and Malik Dia project to start in the Rebels' frontcourt this season, Scott will look to command a prominent role off the bench.

Puts up double-double Scott closed with 10 points (3-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-7 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 29 minutes during Sunday's 75-60 win over Notre Dame.
Impact Scott filled the stat sheet as the Cardinals secured an easy win over the Fighting Irish, and the big man notched his fourth double-double of the season -- and first since his 12-point, 10-rebound effort versus Virginia on Jan. 18. Scott also snapped a five-game drought in which he couldn't score more than eight points.
FEBRUARY 18 • ROTOWIRE
Healthy and starting Scott (mouth) is listed amongst Louisville's starting five ahead of Wednesday's game against NC State.
Impact Scott will be active for the Cardinals during Wednesday night's showdown with the Wolfpack after exiting Saturday's game against Miami with a mouth injury. The 6-foot-11 sophomore is averaging 7.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 0.8 blocks across 24 starts this season.
FEBRUARY 12 • ROTOWIRE
Probable at North Carolina State Scott (mouth) is probable for Louisville's game Wednesday at North Carolina State, according to Eric Crawford of WDRB.
Impact Louisville's head coach Pat Kelsey said he is "very, very confident" the team will use Scott at North Carolina State. Thus, his availability status is probable as Louisville's team prepares for its road trip.
FEBRUARY 10 • ROTOWIRE
Leaves with mouth injury Scott left the Cardinals' win against Miami with a mouth injury, Matt McGavic of SI.com reports.
Impact Scott secured three rebounds and dished out two assists before being forced to exit the game. The forward is Louisville's leading shot-blocker and second-leading rebounder. If he's forced to miss time, it would be a significant loss on the glass for the Cardinals.
FEBRUARY 8 • ROTOWIRE
Fills valuable minutes Scott contributed eight points (4-4 FG, 0-1 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and one block across 28 minutes during Tuesday's 72-59 win over Wake Forest.
Impact After scoring a season-best 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting last week against SMU, Scott was back to roughly his season-long average, but continued to offer steady production on the glass. He continues to provide valuable minutes for a Louisville team that lost forwards Kasean Pryor and Aly Khalifa earlier in the year. Now with a 10-game winning streak to improve to 9-1 in ACC play, the Cardinals are looking strongly at a return to the NCAA Tournament.
JANUARY 29 • ROTOWIRE
Records double-double Scott supplied 11 points (5-5 FG, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal across 26 minutes during Tuesday's 74-64 victory over Clemson.
Impact Scott had an excellent performance, as he was perfect from the field and left his mark while recording at least one tally in each of the five major categories. This was just the second double-double for Scott this season, and while he's proven he can supply offense on any given night, his lack of consistency makes him a player hard to trust in most formats.
JANUARY 8 • ROTOWIRE
Pulls down 11 rebounds Wednesday Scott contributed 11 points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and one steal over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 77-74 victory over UTEP.
Impact Scott was impressive on both ends of the court as the Cardinals escaped with a tight win over UTEP. He's been starting in Louisville's last two games, and he should remain in that role going forward, especially after his strong two-way showing in this win.
DECEMBER 11, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Not part of starting lineup Scott is not part of the Cardinals' starting lineup for their game Wednesday against Indiana at Paradise Island.
Impact Scott was part of the Cardinals' starting lineup for their November games before Wednesday. Despite averaging 8.5 points and 5.8 rebounds, the Cardinals have opted to go with Kasean Pryor instead.
NOVEMBER 27, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Enters transfer portal Scott has decided to enter the transfer portal, Jamie Shaw of On3.com reports.
Impact The 6-11 center earned CAA All-Freshman honors this season and should command tons of interest in the transfer portal. He averaged 5.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game during the 2023-24 season.
